What this site is
Hellooo! Atlantis is a local discovery platform: a directory of businesses, events and news in Atlantis, Western Cape. We curate and publish listings. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a listed business.
Accuracy of information
Business details such as operating hours, prices and contact numbers are provided by the businesses themselves and can change without notice. We do our best to keep listings current but cannot guarantee accuracy. Always confirm important details with the business directly.
Listings
- Standard listings are free. Featured and Premium listings are paid placements that offer additional visibility, such as placement on the homepage and higher positioning in search results.
- A listing of any kind is not an endorsement, warranty or recommendation of a business or its services. Paid placement does not influence our view of a business.
- Every listing is reviewed by us before it is published. We may decline, edit or remove any listing that is inaccurate, unlawful, misleading or harmful to the community.
- Listing fees are agreed directly with us and are payable in advance for the agreed period. Paid listings may revert to a standard listing or be removed when a paid period ends.
Submitting a business
If you submit a business for listing, you confirm that you are the owner of that business or are authorised to act on its behalf, and that the information you provide is accurate and lawful. You also confirm that you own or have permission to use any photographs you submit, and you grant us permission to publish that information and those images on this site.
Submitting a business does not guarantee publication. We review every submission and may contact you to confirm details before your listing goes live.
Reporting issues
If you believe a listing contains incorrect information, or that content on this site infringes your rights, please tell us using the Report an Issue page. We take these reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
Content
The design, text and structure of this site belong to Hellooo! Atlantis. Business names, logos and photographs in listings belong to their respective owners and are displayed with their permission.
Contributions
Where we offer a way to contribute financially to the running of the platform, contributions are voluntary donations towards hosting and development costs. They are not purchases, do not buy advertising or preferential treatment, and are not refundable.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from dealings with any listed business, event or organisation.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
